This charming artist's villa will delight you with its elegant and artistic décor throughout. You'll also appreciate its spacious, deep swimming pool (1.20m x 1.80m) and its jacuzzi (optional).

The villa comprises two beautiful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms:

One bedroom with two 90x200cm beds and an adjoining en-suite bathroom, and a suite for 3 to 5 people with an en-suite bathroom upstairs.

The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning; however, we have also installed ceiling fans to protect our beautiful planet.

The Timoun Bungalow also offers a spectacular view of Mount Dimitile. It comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette. One bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm), and the other has two single beds, making it ideal for a couple with two children.

Inside the villa, the large living room and its private gallery are vibrant and colorful, showcasing works by Réunion artists that you will have ample time to appreciate and admire during your stay.

The large living room leads to a spacious and well-equipped open-plan kitchen, as well as a utility room with a refrigerator/freezer, two washing machines, and a dryer.

The outdoor kitchen is very functional, equipped with two refrigerator/freezers, a sink, a four-burner gas stove, and a second dishwasher.

The three beautiful verandas offer private spaces and, above all, opportunities for enjoying time together.

A large outdoor table seating 9 will make your meals by the pool a pleasure.

The property is fully fenced and has parking for 6 to 8 vehicles.
